Sonia Sánchez Ruiz

Sonia Sánchez Ruiz has work experience in various roles and companies. Sonia started their career in 2001 as a Vendedora at El Corte Inglés and worked there until 2003. Sonia then joined H&M in 2003 and held multiple roles, including Sales Advisor, Department Manager, Flagship Store Manager, and Recruiter, Training & Team Developer. Their responsibilities at H&M included recruitment and selection, leadership development, communication and presentation skills training, goal setting, and objective tracking. In 2004, they had a student internship at Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. Most recently, they worked as an HR Business Partner at ENINTER, starting in 2023.

Sonia Sánchez Ruiz has a diverse education history spanning different institutions and fields of study. In 1998, they enrolled in the Universitat de Barcelona and pursued a Licenciatura degree in Psychology, which they completed in 2004. Following this, in 2008, they returned to the same institution to pursue a Postgrado degree in Clinical Psychopathology, which lasted for one year.
