Joel Odland

Joel Odland has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Joel currently holds the position of Group CFO at Eniro since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Group CFO at J.LINDEBERG from 2019 to 2022, where they led the Finance, IT, Operations, and Supply chain functions. During their tenure, the company achieved significant growth in revenue and improved profitability.

Before that, Odland served as the Finance Director for the North of Europe business unit at Safilo from 2015 to 2019. Joel was responsible for overseeing 15 staff members and business operations across multiple legal entities. Under their leadership, the company achieved a turnover growth of 13% overall and 37% organically.

Prior to Safilo, Odland worked at Procter & Gamble from 2011 to 2015, holding various roles including Customer Team Finance Manager and Financial Analyst. In these positions, they were involved in customer negotiations, financial planning, and business development for different product portfolios.

Odland also gained internship experience at Procter & Gamble in 2010, as well as at Accenture and SEB in 2009 and Lunicore Studentkonsult AB as a consultant from 2008 to 2010.
