Manoj Kumar

Manoj Kumar has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Manoj is currently the Head of Corporate Development at EnKash, an innovative Spend Management Platform. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Staff for New Initiatives at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group).

Manoj's career includes roles in strategy, business development, and investor relations at SmartCoin Financials, where they successfully managed fundraising initiatives and closed significant debt deals. Manoj also worked as an Advisor at Cache Prep, helping young professionals build the necessary skills and network for success.

In addition, Manoj co-founded Vikify, an app aimed at connecting professionals, and held positions at Altisource, where they provided executive support and contributed to project management and data science efforts. Manoj also gained experience in fintech investment research at the Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship, IIM Ahmedabad.

Manoj began their career in market risk management at Reliance and later served as a Senior Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Manoj holds a Training and Placement Representative role at the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.

Manoj Kumar completed their education as follows:

- From 1995 to 2007, they attended Rajendra Vidyalaya and completed their ICSE.

- From 2007 to 2009, they continued at Rajendra Vidyalaya and studied ISC in Computer Science.

- From 2009 to 2013, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, where they earned a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering.

- From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

- In 2016 and 2017, they also pursued a second Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, General, at ESCP Business School.

- In 2017, they gained a certification in Financial Risk Management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).

- In 2018, they obtained the CFA Level II certification from the CFA Institute.

- In 2019, they became a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).

Manoj has additional certifications in Bloomberg Market Concepts, Advanced Competitive Strategy from Coursera, and Understanding Economic Policymaking from Coursera. Manoj has also completed courses in Machine Learning Toolbox from DataCamp and is an Oracle Certified Professional Java SE-6 Programmer.
