Carmen Cheng

Carmen Cheng is an experienced manager specializing in talent strategies, diversity, inclusion, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Strategies at ENMAX since August 2019, Carmen supports the company's people strategy and culture. Previous roles include Program Manager at CNOOC International and Integration Lead at Tervita Corporation, where Carmen played key roles in change management and merger transitions. Additional experience includes a managerial position at Newalta, overseeing talent management and organizational effectiveness, and HR program leadership at Alberta Innovates.
