William Taylor

William Taylor is a board member at ENMAX and was previously an executive vice president and president of Energy at TC Energy. William has been with ENMAX since January 1998 and has been instrumental in the company's growth.

Under William's leadership, ENMAX has completed the largest nuclear power transaction in Canadian history with Ontario IESO for Bruce reactor units 3 through 8. In addition, they oversaw the review of the company's strategic plan that led to the acquisition of US-based Columbia Gas Transmission.

William's experience and success in the energy industry makes him a valuable asset to the ENMAX board. William is committed to ensuring that ENMAX remains a leading energy provider in Canada.

William Taylor has a corporate director certificate from Harvard Business School, an executive program - audit committees in a new era of governance from Harvard Business School, an executive program - compensation committees: new challenges, new solutions from Harvard Business School, an executive program - making corporate boards more effective from Harvard Business School, and a Program for Management Development (PMD) from Harvard Business School Executive Education. William also has a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in civil engineering from the University of Waterloo and is certified as a Professional Engineer (PE) from The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
