William Taylor

Bill Taylor has extensive experience in the energy industry. William (Bill) currently holds the position of Corporate Director at ENMAX since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as President at Pathfinder Advisors, where they provided consulting services for energy and private investment companies. From 1998 to 2017, Bill worked at TC Energy, where they held various leadership roles including Executive Vice President & President, Energy, Senior Vice President - Power, and Vice President - Eastern Power. In these roles, they were responsible for power generation, natural gas storage, commodity markets, acquisitions, and capital projects. William (Bill) played a crucial role in negotiating nuclear power transactions and conducting strategic reviews for major acquisitions.

Bill Taylor has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo. William (Bill) has also completed several executive education programs at Harvard Business School, including the Corporate Director Certificate, the Executive Program on Audit Committees in a New Era of Governance, the Executive Program on Compensation Committees: New Challenges, New Solutions, and the Executive Program on Making Corporate Boards More Effective. Additionally, Bill Taylor holds a certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) from The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
