Sharon Williams

Sharon Williams has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Sharon began their career as a Technical Writer at Electronic Warfare Associates (EWA) in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Following that, they served as the Director of Career Services at Westwood College from 2005 to 2008. During this time, they also worked as an English Teacher at St. Vrain Valley School District from 2008 to 2011.

Afterward, Williams joined BioExpertise as the Director of Content Development in 2003 and remained in this position until 2012. In this role, they managed a team of content developers and produced medical education content for websites associated with Tulane University.

In 2011, Williams transitioned to McKesson Health IT as a Senior Technical Implementation Engineer. Sharon worked on the Horizon Physician Portal (HPP) ARRA Stimulus Upgrades and Implementation Team. Sharon'sresponsibilities included providing technical guidance to hospital CIOs, configuring the portal to use digital certificates for authentication, and troubleshooting system errors.

From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Regional Solutions Architect at Ping Identity. In this role, Williams served as a technical manager and sales engineer, using consultative sales methodology to identify appropriate Ping products for customers. Sharon also performed Proof of Concept demonstrations, responded to customer and prospect questions, and represented the company at trade shows.

Williams then moved to LogRhythm in 2014 as a Sales Engineer until 2016. During this time, they supported the sales team in a pre-sales role and provided expertise on security use cases.

Following their position at LogRhythm, Williams worked at Splunk as a Sales Engineer from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they focused on supporting SLED customers in Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah and provided pre-sales support to the sales team.

Most recently, Williams joined ServiceNow in 2019 as an Advisory Solution Consultant focused on the Federal sector. Sharon remained in this position until 2023.

Currently, they are working as a ServiceNow Sales Specialist at enosix since 2023.

Sharon Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Longwood University, where they studied from 1992 to 1994. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Phoenix, although specific dates for this program were not provided.
