Bimbo Fisher has over 11 years of work experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, and Business Improvement. In 2020, Fisher began working as Group Head of Human Capital at Enov8 Solutions. From 2018 to 2020, Fisher was Manager of Talent Management & Business Improvement Unit at NIIT Lagos, where they designed the organisation's HR strategy, departmental structure, positions and process system in compliance with the business's strategic mandate. From 2015 to 2018, Fisher held two roles at Workforce Group: HR Business Partner/ Product Manager and HR Business Partner/ Learning and Research Consultant. From 2013 to 2015, Fisher worked at Workforce Management Centre Limited, Lagos Nigeria, as an HR Business Partner/ Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Consultant and Talent Management Analyst. In 2012, Fisher worked as an Internal Consultant at both Inceptum Services and LIKWID Effect. In 2011, Fisher was an Executive Assistant at Fruits and Fiber Ltd. Fisher's first role was in 2009, as Vice President Talent Management at AIESEC.

Bimbo Fisher obtained a B.LIS degree from the University of Ibadan in 2010, after studying Information Technology, Language Arts, Marketing, Advertising and Broadcasting. In addition, they obtained a Bachelors of Library and Information Studies from the same university. They also obtained a Workforce Intelligence & HR Analytics certification from the Human Resources Professional Network in 2019, a Professional in Human Resources – International™ (PHRi™) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2016 and an HRBP certification from SHRM in 2016.
