Christy Snyder, PHR has a diverse work experience in human resources. Christy started their career at Hosting.com as an HR Generalist/Office Manager from August 2004 to March 2008. After that, they worked at Interlock Industries as an Office Manager from December 2008 to May 2011. Christy then joined Martinrea International as an HR Generalist/Training and Organizational Development from May 2011 to May 2012. Following that, they returned to Interlock Industries as an Office Manager from August 2012 to October 2013. Christy then joined EnovaPremier, LLC, where they held several HR roles including HR Generalist, Sr. HR Generalist, Human Resources Manager, Associate Director of Human Resources, and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources starting from May 2018.
Christy Snyder, PHR has a certificate in Professional Human Resource Management (SHRM Learning System) from Villanova University. Christy also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Workforce Development with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Louisville. Christy has obtained additional certifications, including the SHRM-CP from SHRM in January 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2014.
