Bryan Monroe

Bryan Monroe is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the medical device industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Research & Development at Enovis Surgical, where responsibilities expanded post-acquisitions to oversee Global R&D across multiple countries and divisions. Previously, Bryan drove significant sales growth and successfully streamlined product development processes, reducing time to market and launching numerous products. With a solid background that includes positions at DJO Surgical and Encore Medical, Bryan has consistently demonstrated leadership in sales, marketing, and product management, contributing to both domestic and international business expansion. Bryan holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa.
