Anne Rienecker

Anne Rienecker started their career in 2001 as an HR Consultant/Recruiting at altavier Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH. Anne then progressed through various HR roles at cine plus Mediaservice GmbH & Co. KG, Congrex, and ImmobilienScout24 before becoming an Account Manager Recruiting at PERM4|Permanent Recruiting GmbH. Anne further advanced their career as a Senior Lead Executive Recruiting at DEEKEN HR and HR Manager at AIDA Cruises. Anne then joined Zalando SE in 2018, where they held roles as TA Lead and Senior Partner in Talent Acquisition of People and Organization. Currently, they are the Head of Executive Recruiting at Enpal since 2022. Throughout their journey, they have showcased their expertise in talent acquisition, executive search, and HR management.

Anne Rienecker started their education at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin in 2006, focusing on the science of education in economics. Anne then went on to earn their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in business studies with a focus on HR & Marketing from The Berlin School of Economics and Law in 2010.
