Mona Tseng

Mona Tseng has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mona currently holds the position of Head of Executive Recruiting at Chainlink Labs. Before that, they worked as an Executive Recruiter at Meta from 2015 to 2021. Prior to that, Mona worked at Amazon as a Strategic Recruiting Leader for UX Design Leadership from 2012 to 2015. Mona also had a role at The Sage Group as the Director of Recruiting from 2009 to 2012 and as a Senior Recruiting Manager from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they worked at Google, Inc. as an APAC Product Management and PM Leadership Recruiter in 2007. Mona's experience also includes roles at Fisher Investments, where they worked as an HR Manager from 2005 to 2006, as a Recruiting Manager from 2002 to 2005, and as an Assistant Recruiting Manager from 2001 to 2002.

Mona Tseng attended Castilleja School for an unknown period. Mona later pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Managerial Economics, from the University of California, Davis.
