Dr. Lars Pastrik

Dr. Lars Pastrik has a solid background in industrial engineering and supply chain management. Dr. Lars held the role of Director Industrial Engineering Supply Chain & Waste Management Officer at Enpal starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Takeda in Deutschland, where they held various positions such as Director Pharmaceutical Production - Packaging, Head of Technology and Engineering, and Project Engineer Capex. Before their time at Takeda, Dr. Pastrik was a Project Engineer at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, focusing on bionics, material analysis, and structural mechanics.

Dr. Lars Pastrik completed a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Process engineering from TU Bergakademie Freiberg in 2010. Dr. Lars earned their Ph.D. (Dr.-Ing.) in Bionics from The University of Bonn in 2014. Dr. Lars also pursued additional certifications in sustainability management and waste management in 2023, along with certifications in NLP, Scrum, and other fields in earlier years.
