Steffen Reckert

Steffen Reckert has a vast and varied work experience in logistics and operations management. Starting in 2013 at Amazon, they held roles such as Operations Manager, Area Manager, and Manager Operations Development, where they led teams, implemented new strategies, and drove process improvements. Steffen also worked at Amazon Fulfillment Poland Sp. z. o. o and Amazon Seller Service Pvt Ltd India before joining Wayfair and eventually becoming the Vice President of Logistics at Enpal in 2022.

Steffen Reckert obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they have certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
