Larry Bryan, MBA, SGE has over 35 years of experience in the Environmental, Health and Safety field. Their career began in 1987 as the Safety Manager for Mitsubishi Motors America, where they were responsible for new plant start up, developing and implementing Safety and Health process and training processes, and training and orientating over 3500 workers and 300 contractors. In 1991, they moved to Otis Elevator Company/UTC as a Senior EHS Manager. In 2002, they became the Safety Manager for Metaldyne New Castle In. In 2006, they were the EHS Manager for Thyssen Krupp Crankshaft, responsible for all aspects of EHS with management of four facilities. From 2008 to 2021, they were the Global Environmental Health and Safety Manager for Raytheon Technologies - Raytheon Intelligence and Space, directing and supporting multiple factories and depot operations in the US and Canada. Currently, Larry is the Environment, Health and Safety Manager for EnPower, Inc., where they are responsible for the Indianapolis Manufacturing Facility.

Larry Bryan holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, earned in 2000. Larry also has a BS in Safety Mgt from Indiana State University, earned in 1984. Their educational background began with Mooresville High School.
