Vivek Kumar

Vivek Kumar started their work experience as an Internship Trainee at Courtyard by Marriott Agra in 2015. During this time, they demonstrated genuine hospitality, managed customer service tasks, and handled a high volume of requests. Vivek then worked as a Sr. Front Office Associate at Courtyard by Marriott Bhopal from 2017-2018, where they managed daily room inventory and developed room sales strategies. In 2018, they joined Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi as a Front Office Associate, where they reviewed operational plans and scheduled point of sale. From 2019-2021, Vivek worked at Lakmé Lever Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Salon Manager, overseeing salon operations, collaborating with business development managers, and consistently exceeding sales goals. Vivek is currently an Area Business Manager at Enrich, starting in 2021.

Vivek Kumar completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the Institute of Hotel Management in Gwalior, from the year 2014 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Vivek has also obtained several certifications, including "Introduction to Business Analytics 2022" and "The Business Intelligence Analyst Course 2022" from Udemy, both obtained in October 2022. Furthermore, they have obtained the "Strategic Planning Foundations" certification from LinkedIn in November 2020.
