Ryan Burgess

Ryan Burgess is an experienced software engineering manager and host with a diverse background in productivity engineering and user interface development. Currently serving as an enrich host at enrich since January 2022, Ryan facilitates conversations among senior professionals. Prior to this, Ryan held multiple key roles at Netflix from April 2015 to December 2023, including managing teams focused on engineering experiences, productivity tools, and user interfaces for the Netflix signup experience. Ryan's earlier experience includes positions at Evernote, Nurun, CGI, and the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, where expertise in frontend engineering, team leadership, and web development was demonstrated. Beyond professional achievements, Ryan founded Senses Lost, a blog dedicated to graffiti and street art culture.
