Michelle Walski-Higgins

Michelle Walski-Higgins is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client services and operational leadership within the logistics and communications sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Operations and Head of Process and Systems Transformation at Enru Logistics and Postal Optimization since March 2023, Michelle has played a crucial role in the implementation of a Transportation Management System (TMS), significantly enhancing client experiences and reducing costs through technology. Previously, as Sr. Director of Client Services at LSC Communications, accountability for a client base generating $350M in annual revenue was maintained, while fostering a culture of ownership in client experience. Michelle's tenure at RR Donnelley spanned nearly two decades, during which various leadership roles were held, focusing on business integration, customer care, and operational efficiency, culminating in impactful improvements in customer satisfaction and team performance.
