Andrew Duck has a strong and diverse work experience. Andrew is currently working as a Lead Architect at ENSCO, Inc. since September 2022. Previously, they held the role of Director of Operations at Avertica, Inc., where they focused on developing compounds and polymers for electronic device applications. Andrew also served as a Lead Architect at Perspecta from January 2021 to October 2022. In addition, they worked as a Senior Enterprise Architect at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. and Soliel, LLC. From 2004 to 2018, Andrew was involved in political activism and candidacy, primarily focused on grassroots organizing in Western Maryland. Prior to that, they served in the U. S. Army as a Military Intelligence Officer for over 20 years and held various roles in intelligence analysis, policy advising, and resourcing strategy.

Andrew Duck attended Texas State University from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree in Public Administration. Following this, from 1992 to 1994, they attended the University of Oklahoma and studied Economics. No specific degree was mentioned for the latter education experience.
