Katya Henderson

Katya Henderson has a long and varied work experience. Katya began their career in 2000 as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital. In 2003, they joined Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) as an Executive Director, Operations & Planning, Chemical Biology & Therapeutics (CBT). Over the next several years, they held several roles at NIBR, including Director, Global Head of Operations, Developmental & Molecular Pathways, Associate Director, Head of Operations, Developmental & Molecular Pathways, Manager, Operations & Planning, Developmental & Molecular Pathways, Manager, Operations & Planning, Models of Disease Center, and Senior Scientist I, Models of Disease Center. In 2022, they joined both Ensem Therapeutics and ABio-X as Vice President, Operations.

Katya Henderson received their PhD in Biochemistry, Cellular and Molecular Biology from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and their BS in Biology from Carnegie Mellon University.
