Kim de la Garza

Kim de la Garza has over a decade of experience in revenue cycle and project management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle Project Management at Ensemble Health Partners since March 2016, Kim has held several leadership roles in project and vendor management and analytics management. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Client Development at Health Business Solutions and a Project Manager in Revenue Cycle at Community Health Systems. Previous positions also include Vice President of Account Management at Medical Reimbursements of America and various roles at Community Health Systems, where responsibilities ranged from director-level to management of financial systems. Kim holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Florida International University.
