Sunitha Sastry

Sunitha Sastry, MPH CPXP, serves as the Vice President of Patient Experience at Ensemble Health Partners since September 2025. Previously, Sunitha held the position of Area Vice President at Press Ganey from August 2022 to September 2025, focusing on enhancing patient experiences within integrated health delivery networks. Sunitha's extensive background includes the role of Interim Chief Experience Officer at UChicago Medicine for a brief period in 2022 and a long tenure as Director of Experience Improvement and Innovation in the Patient Experience and Engagement Program from April 2004 to August 2022. With over 20 years of healthcare expertise, Sunitha is dedicated to innovative leadership, human-centered design, and fostering a culture of accountability and caring, driven by a passion for advocating patient narratives and promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity within healthcare strategies. Educationally, Sunitha holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Sciences from the University of Michigan.
