Jesús Ordóñez

Jesús Ordóñez, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Field HR Business Partner for Ensign Services since August 2023. Previously, Jesús held multiple roles at TouchPoint Support Services, including Director of Operations for TouchPoint Solutions and Senior Human Resources Generalist from November 2021 to July 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at McCombs School of Business, The University of Texas at Austin from November 2019 to November 2021, and as HR Representative II at The University of Texas at El Paso from August 2018 to November 2019. Jesús started a career in human resources as a Human Resources Coordinator at Tender Care Home Health from March 2015 to August 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Media Arts from The University of New Mexico (2008-2012) and an Associate's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from El Paso Community College (2005-2008).
