Mark Lupton

Mark Lupton is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently leading recruitment efforts at Ensono since October 2021. Previously, Mark served as Resourcing Manager at Capita Customer Management, focusing on high-volume permanent hires in regulated sectors. Prior experience includes roles at AstraZeneca, BT, IBM, and Computacenter, where Mark managed contingent workforce supply and talent acquisition processes. Mark began a career in recruitment with Hays in various capacities, including Senior Consultant, and has extensive background in operations and service delivery management. Mark holds a BTEC in Business and Finance from Dunstable College and attended Icknield from 1988 to 1993.
