Lizzie Pollock

Lizzie Pollock has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lizzie is currently working at Enspira as the Senior Director, Head of People & Culture Activation. Prior to this, they held positions such as Head of Talent and Organization Optimization and Director, Human Capital at Enspira. Lizzie also worked as a freelance consultant, undertaking projects related to performance management processes, leadership development program design, and workshop facilitation.

Before joining Enspira, Lizzie worked as a Learning and Organization Development Freelancer, providing services in areas like diversity and inclusion, organizational culture, leadership development, and performance management. Furthermore, they served as the Associate Director of Employee Engagement and Organizational Effectiveness at the Community College of Rhode Island.

In their earlier career, Lizzie was the Assistant Director of Social Entrepreneurship at The Swearer Center at Brown University, where they led social innovation programming and mentored student social entrepreneurs. Lizzie also worked at Stand for Children as the National Director of Learning and Development, responsible for building talent development systems. Additionally, Lizzie worked as an Organizer and Synagogue Social Justice Fellow at the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston.

Lizzie Pollock completed their Master of Professional Studies degree in Psychology of Leadership from Penn State University between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their B.A. degree in Psychology-based human relations from Connecticut College, which they attended from 2000 to 2004.
