Betsy Bowen

Betsy Bowen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Betsy most recently worked at Enspira as an Associate Director, specializing in Change & Program Management. Prior to that, Betsy had an extensive tenure at Blue Shield of California, where they served in various roles such as Principal of Internal Communications, Senior Manager of Internal Communications, Senior Consultant of IT Communications, and Instructional Design Consultant. Before their time at Blue Shield, Betsy worked at Gap Inc. as a Senior Manager, overseeing Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Operations and HRIT Operations. Lastly, Betsy held positions at Levi Strauss & Co, including Senior Manager of Learning Development and Training & Operations Manager.

Betsy Bowen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis. Betsy also holds two certificates with distinction from UC Berkeley Extension, one in Human Resource Management and another in Training and Human Resource Development. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Change Management from Prosci in April 2016, Voices® 360° Feedback from Lominger in 2009, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in May 2013.
