Basil Baby

Basil Baby is an accomplished Program Manager and Regional Manager for Service Delivery and Customer Support at Ensure Services since March 2011, where significant service delivery strategies have been implemented to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs. With a background in customer support management focused on equality of outcomes in Nigeria, Basil has also overseen Samsung and Nokia support operations. Prior experience includes a role as Team Leader at Al-Qursh National in Oman, where responsibilities involved supervising technicians and ensuring compliance with EPA standards. Basil holds a diploma in Computer Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College, completed in 2004.
