Liz Killen-Scott

Liz Killen-Scott is the current VP of Workforce Transformation at Ent Credit Union. Liz has over 15 years of experience in talent management and organizational development.

Liz started their career at Harris Corporation in August 2003 as Sr. Manager Talent & Organizational Development. In this role, they were responsible for the HIPO talent review and succession planning activities for the IT Services Division. Liz designed and implemented talent management strategies and programs for identification and development of current and future leaders, high potential and pivotal talent including succession planning; talent reviews; mentoring and coaching initiatives; performance management; and organizational development initiatives. As a result of Liz's efforts, Harris was able to quickly respond to many senior and core leadership changes seamlessly and with minimal impact to the business rhythm. The leadership pipeline continued to strengthen.

In May 2013, Liz left Harris Corporation to join Ent Credit Union as VP of Workforce Transformation. In this role, Liz is responsible for leading the organization's workforce transformation initiatives. Liz partners with senior leaders to develop strategies that align the workforce with the credit union's business goals. Liz also leads a team of HR professionals who support Ent Credit Union's 3,500 employees across 30 locations.

Liz Killen-Scott's educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts in Distributive Studies from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Liz continued their education with a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Certification in Organizational Leadership and Development from the University of the Rockies. Liz is also certified by DDI as a Facilitator and Virtual Instructor, by Gallup as a Strengths Coach, and by the Center for Creative Leadership as a Certified Facilitator - 360 Feedback. In addition, Liz Killen-Scott holds certifications in Organizational Development and GPHR from HRCI.
