Annette Mahaffey

Annette Mahaffey has extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Annette most recently worked as the VP Talent at Entain starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of VP Talent & Culture at Bureau Veritas Group from 2020 to 2023. Annette also worked as the Talent Director at RECKITT BENCKISER from 2018 to 2020. Annette has a background in management consulting, having worked as an Executive Coach at 5.0 Consulting from 2017 to 2018. Annette has also held various leadership roles at Cepheid, BT, Vodafone, and Credit Suisse, where they focused on talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Annette started their career as an HR Consultant at Persona Management Consultants in 1999.

Annette Mahaffey obtained a Master's Degree from Goethe University Frankfurt between 1991 and 1996, specializing in American/United States Studies/Civilization and Roman Languages, Law. Annette further pursued an MBA at Henley Business School from 1999 to 2000, focusing on Global HR and Strategic Marketing. Annette also attended a Selective HR Executive Program, titled "The Role of the Chief HR Officer," at Cornell University from 2015 to 2016. Lastly, they gained certification in Executive Coaching Institute from the University of California, Berkeley in 2016-2017.
