Caroline N. has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Summer Legal Intern at Harrison & Matsuoka Attorneys at Law. From there, they worked as a Legal Advisor at Kingston University Legal Advice Centre in 2012 and as a Legal Intern at Fieldhouse & Co LLP in 2013. Caroline then transitioned into the gaming industry, working as a Legal, Business Affairs & Compliance Analyst at Odobo from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they gained work experience at Taylor Wessing and then joined Playtech as a Compliance Manager. In 2019, Caroline N. became the Head Of Compliance & MLRO at Midnite, and they currently hold the role of Head of Anti-Financial Crime & MLRO - UK & Ireland and Group AFC Technology Lead at Entain since 2023.
