Claire Wood

Claire Wood has extensive experience in executive search and recruitment. Claire currently works at Entain as the Head of Executive Search, where they developed an internal talent acquisition function for senior positions globally. Prior to that, they worked at BAE Systems as the Head of Executive Recruitment, where they implemented a centralized approach to senior executive recruitment. Before that, at Amey, they were the Head of Executive Search, responsible for developing and leading the company's first in-house executive search function. Claire also held the role of Senior Resourcing Manager, overseeing group and international recruitment. Earlier in their career, they worked as an in-house recruiter at EDF Energy, specializing in engineering positions. Claire also gained experience in executive search and selection at Adamson & Partners. Claire has a diverse background and a strong track record in attracting top talent and streamlining recruitment processes.

Claire Wood completed their Bachelor's Degree in French/Education from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, attending from 1992 to 1997. Before that, they attended the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 1991 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies.
