Gavin Howell

Gavin Howell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gavin is currently working as a Design Lead / Associate Creative Director at Entain since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Creative Art Director at VMLY&R London / Team WBA from March 2021 to August 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Gavin worked at Ogilvy as a Senior Creative Art Director. Before Ogilvy, they held the position of Senior Art Director at M&C Saatchi London from December 2016 to April 2018. Gavin also worked as a Senior Art Director at Publicis Sapient, where they had multiple roles from December 2013 to December 2016, including Digital Design Lead as a contractor from December 2013 to December 2014.

Gavin has experience as a freelance Senior Creative Designer and worked on various projects from October to December 2013. Gavin worked as a Creative Designer at Brand Advocate from July 2010 to September 2013.

Their career began in 2007 as a Concept Designer at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide and later served as an Art Editor at ILN from January 2003 to February 2007. Prior to that, they worked as a Designer/Art Editor for Manchester United Magazine at Future Publishing from October 2000 onwards. Throughout their career, they have worked on various design projects for notable clients across different industries.

Gavin Howell attended Chatham Grammar School for Boys from 1989 to 1996, where they completed A Levels and GCSEs. Gavin then went on to study Graphic Design at Kent Institute of Art & Design from 1996 to 1999, earning their HND degree.
