Sepha Brook

Sepha Brook has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Sepha began their professional career in 2006 with summer placements at Lexis PR and RPM Ltd. Sepha then worked as an Events Assistant at The MotivAction Group plc while pursuing their MSc. Sepha joined Barclays Bank in 2008 and held roles in Graduate Recruitment & Development and Graduate Scheme Rotations. In 2012, they transitioned to L'Oréal as a Graduate Programme Manager. Sepha later worked at Dentsu Aegis Network and Clifford Chance LLP as a Talent Specialist. In 2015, they joined Willis Towers Watson as a Talent Programmes Manager. Sepha then joined Entain in 2017 and held positions as an Employee Experience Lead and Head of Talent Management.

Sepha Brook earned their BSc in Psychology from the University of Nottingham between 2004 and 2007. Sepha then pursued an MSc in Environmental Psychology at the University of Surrey, which they completed in 2008.
