In 2007, they completed a Master of Science degree in Astronautical Engineering with an emphasis in Advanced Astrodynamics, Vibrations, and Sensor Theory from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology. Lastly, in 1994, Bill Dobbs earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Astronautical Engineering with an emphasis in Feedback Control Systems from the United States Air Force Academy. Bill has also obtained additional certifications, including a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP) certification from the Management and Strategy Institute and an OSHA 30-Hour Outreach for General Industry certification from the U.S. Department of Labor.
