Brad Pankow

Brad Pankow has held various roles in the field of control systems engineering and project management. Brad started their career at SCADAware, Inc. in 2011, where they worked as a Project Engineer, integrating OEE applications into control systems for municipal water treatment facilities. In 2012, they joined Belcan as an Engineer II, providing software consulting and development services for heat treat processing equipment. Brad then joined MonoSol, a Kuraray Division, in 2014 as a Process Instrumentation Engineer, focusing on controls and instrumentation changes to support the company's capital expansion. In 2018, Brad joined Entegris as a Senior Control Systems Engineer, specializing in GE and Allen Bradley PLC automation programming techniques before being promoted to the role of Project Team Lead for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls. In 2020, they became the Manager of Process Controls and Field Operations, leading a large oilfield technical team. Currently, Brad is working as the Principal Control Systems Engineer at Entegris, where they are responsible for the design of control system integration and architecture.
