Erika Singleton has a strong and diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Erika is currently serving as the Vice President and Global Chief IP Counsel at Entegris, where they lead the global businesses and handles a wide range of intellectual property legal matters. Prior to this, Erika worked at CMC Materials as the Chief IP Counsel, Associate General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary, where they focused on the capture, protection, and commercialization of intellectual property. Erika also provided strategic IP practices and processes for the company and managed the global IP team. Before CMC Materials, Erika worked as an IP Counsel at Honeywell - Specialty Materials, where they provided legal advice and counsel to clients on patent-related matters and led IP-related projects internationally. Additionally, they owned their own company, Patient Pedro LLC, where they served as the Owner CEO and oversaw all aspects of the business, including design, manufacturing, marketing, and legal matters. Erika has also held positions at Pfizer Inc, ExxonMobil, Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent, Carrère & Denègre L.L.P, Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, and 3M, gaining valuable experience in corporate counsel, patent counsel, and internship roles. Erika Singleton obtained a JD degree in Law from Vanderbilt University Law School, where they attended from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Tuskegee University from 1991 to 1996, earning a BS degree in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Fostering Inclusion and Diversity" from Yale School of Management in 2020.
