Julia Talke

Julia Talke has extensive experience in the legal field, specializing in intellectual property. Julia worked as the Global Lead Counsel for Trademarks and Branding at Lumileds starting in September 2015. Prior to that, they were an IP Counsel at Philips IP&S from November 2011 to September 2015. Julia also worked as an Associate at Baker & McKenzie from October 2006 to November 2011, where they handled various trademark and brand management matters and intellectual property transactions. Before entering the legal profession, Julia worked as a Researcher/Lecturer at the University of East Anglia and the University of Bremen Research Center from July 2003 to April 2006.

Julia Talke attended the University of Cologne from 1998 to 1999, where they studied Law. Julia then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Intellectual Property Law at the University of East Anglia from 1999 to 2002. Lastly, they completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Law at Maastricht University from 2002 to 2003.
