Nicole Fairchild

Nicole Fairchild is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations training and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations Training at Entergy since June 2020, Nicole has held various leadership roles including Director of Training and Senior Manager of Central Training and Accreditation. Prior to Entergy, Nicole worked as Director of Organizational Development at Tennessee Valley Authority and as Human Resources Director at Talen Energy. Additional experience includes key positions at PPL Corporation and Berwick Area School District, along with a strong background in education as an educator from 1997 to 2008. Nicole holds multiple advanced degrees in Workforce Development, Instructional Supervision, and Political Science from Wilkes University and Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
