Thibaud Dugat's work experience began in 2011 as a Research Trainee at INSERM Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale. From there, they worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow and then as a PhD Student at Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire - Anses. In 2016, Thibaud joined Enterome as a Research Scientist. In 2017, they moved to UMC Utrecht as a Detached Scientist.
Thibaud Dugat has an extensive education history in the field of microbiology and molecular epidemiology. Thibaud obtained a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 in 2009. Thibaud then pursued a Master's degree in Ecological Microbiology from the same university, which they completed in 2011. In the following year, Thibaud attended Institut Pasteur for a professional training program focused on genome sequencing and next-generation sequencing data analysis.
Continuing their academic journey, Thibaud joined Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) where they worked on their PhD thesis in Molecular Epidemiology from 2011 to 2014. During this time, they conducted research on the transmission and evolution of infectious diseases at the molecular level.
Additionally, Thibaud sought further expertise in animal experimentation through a professional training program at École nationale vétérinaire d'Alfort - EnvA in 2013.
Overall, Thibaud Dugat's educational background demonstrates their commitment to studying microbiology, epidemiology, and the application of advanced techniques in molecular analysis.
