Mark Maschger

Mark Maschger currently serves as SVP, Chief Appraiser at Enterprise Bank & Trust, focusing on reorganizing and expanding the Appraisal Review Department through process modernization and technological advancements. Previously, Mark held leadership roles at TWG Associates LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing commercial brokerage and appraisal services, and at Appraisalytics, LLC, providing collateral risk consulting to regulated financial institutions. Mark's experience also spans management at Bank of America as Vice President/District Manager, where oversight included appraisal policies across a nine-state territory, and as President/Certified Appraiser at MHM Appraisals. Mark holds a BA in Management and Human Relations from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
