Marlene Salazar

Marlene Salazar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainable community development, urban planning, and advocacy. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at Enterprise Community Partners since April 2022, Marlene leads the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Technical Assistance program, offering tailored support to applicant teams across California. Previous roles include Senior Planner at Alta Planning + Design, where Marlene focused on active transportation systems, and Associate at Inclusive Action for the City, contributing to leadership development and economic advocacy.
