David McCarey

David McCarey is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading technology programs and digital strategies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Technology Programs at Enterprise Community Partners since March 2020, David is tasked with overseeing external technology initiatives to support the organization's mission. Previous roles include Vice President at The Carlyle Group, where David established a central Appian Center of Excellence and led significant digital engagement projects. With prior leadership positions at CEB, Network Solutions, and Chiron Corporation, David has consistently demonstrated expertise in CRM systems, technology governance, and application development. David holds a BS from Yale University and a ME from Virginia Tech.
