Reshma Holla

Reshma Holla is the Vice President of Development Strategy and Impact at Enterprise Community Partners, a position held since December 2023, focused on aligning business operations with strategic goals in real estate development. Previously, Reshma served as Deputy Manager of the Development Finance Division at the DC Department of Housing and Community Development, leading efforts to produce 12,000 affordable housing units by 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President/Senior Development Manager at Telesis Corp, providing comprehensive oversight of multifamily housing projects, and working as an Associate at RCLCO, delivering real estate advisory services. Reshma began a career in architecture with internships at the University of Pennsylvania Library Facilities Office and KlingStubbins, as well as serving as a Planning Intern for the City of Johnson City. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
