Urwa Amir has worked in the Human Resources field since 2022, starting as a Human Resources Executive at Enterprise Engineering Solutions Inc. Urwa then moved to Ayraxs Technologies LLP, where they served as a Human Resources Associate and Human Resources Intern. In 2021, they joined Possibilities Global (Leadership Development & Consulting) as a Research And Development Officer and Research Executive.

Urwa Amir obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Management and Technology - UMT between 2017 and 2021. In August 2022, they obtained a certification in Organizational Analysis from Coursera.
