Sara Dittman

Sara Dittman, CMP, currently serves as an Event Manager at Enterprise Events Group since September 2024. With extensive experience in event management, Sara previously held the same position at The Hunt Institute, where oversight of budget development and collaboration with various department leads were key responsibilities. Prior roles include Senior Event Planner at Participate Learning, where Sara managed logistics, customer satisfaction, and contract negotiations for numerous events, as well as Conference Manager at Sodexo, focusing on conference space and client communication. Sara’s foundational experience includes guest services management at Goodstone Inn & Restaurant and sustainability improvements at Loews Hotels. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts from Miami International University of Art and Design.
