SVP, Talent Acquisition at Enterprise Integration

Casey Allen has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the staffing and recruitment industry.

From 2005 to 2007, Allen worked as a Technical Recruiter for Sapphire Technologies and then moved on to Metrotek Learning Center as a Sales Manager and Sr. Learning & Development Consultant. In these roles, Allen was responsible for sourcing and staffing contract candidates, leading a sales team, and gathering training requirements from clients.

In 2007, Allen joined Kelly IT Resources as a Branch Manager and Staffing Executive, where they built and maintained relationships with key customers and conducted sales campaigns. Casey later became a District Manager and Staffing Executive, covering a territory spanning two states.

Allen then joined Genuent in 2011 as a Talent Acquisition and Executive Search Consultant. Here, they focused on building and maintaining relationships with prospects, generating sales, and creating proposals and presentations for clients.

From 2012 to 2016, Allen worked at SNI Technology, first as a Business Development Manager and then as a National Staffing Manager and Executive Recruiter. In these roles, they expanded the company's staffing solutions into new markets, trained and developed recruiters and sales staff, and pioneered a new staffing division for recruiting C-Level executives.

In 2016, Allen took on multiple roles at different companies. Casey started at DIVERSANT, LLC as a Senior Executive Staffing Consultant, where they recruited for premier clients and mentored junior recruiting staff. Casey then moved to ThinkHire LLC as an Executive Staffing Consultant, responsible for identifying and qualifying top talent for major companies.

Currently, Allen is at Enterprise Integration, where they are the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Casey is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end staffing/recruiting cycle and implementing talent acquisition strategies. Casey also previously served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, managing business operations and client relationships.

Throughout their career, Allen has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, business development, and sales, with a focus on building relationships and delivering high-quality staffing solutions.

Casey Allen attended Gardner-Webb University from 1998 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology. Prior to that, between 1995 and 1997, Casey Allen attended the University of South Carolina, where the degree obtained and field of study are not specified.
