Steffan Fung (ステファン・フォン)

Steffan Fung (ステファン・フォン) has had a diverse range of work experiences. STEFFAN is the Founder/CEO of ELXR, a multi-channel fitness ecosystem designed to help founders perform better. In this role, they are responsible for the strategic planning and tactical operations of ELXR in Singapore and globally. Steffan is also a member of the Gear Development Team at Agilite, a leading tactical gear manufacturer based in Israel. Prior to this, they served as the 1st Official Representative for Hyogo Prefecture (Startup Plaza KiP)'s first overseas office in Singapore, supporting the overseas expansion of startups. STEFFAN was also a Quest Ventures Fellow at Quest Ventures, a top venture capital firm in Asia. Additionally, Steffan has worked as a Global Innovation Alliance (GIA) Community EXCO at Enterprise Singapore, focusing on fostering better relations and shared interests among startups and SMEs in Singapore. STEFFAN has also served as a ReVo2lution Running Master Trainer, an instructor for the REVO2LUTION RUNNING certification program. Steffan has participated in several accelerator programs, including Plug and Play Japan Hardtech & Health Accelerator Program and 500 Startups Global Launch Scale-Up Accelerator Program. STEFFAN was also a participant in the Plug and Play Japan InsurTech Accelerator Program, where their startup received the Best International Startup Award. Furthermore, Steffan has completed the SMU-INSEAD SCALE Program, aimed at helping nascent start-ups grow and scale their businesses.

Steffan Fung (ステファン・フォン) has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. STEFFAN attended Hwa Chong Junior College from 1997 to 1998, where they received their A Levels in Physics, Mathematics, and Computing. Before that, from 1993 to 1996, Steffan attended The Chinese High School and obtained their O Levels, specializing in Science (Cambridge) and Computer Science (Oxford).

In addition to their educational background, Steffan has obtained several certifications. STEFFAN received the Venture Leader Scholarship from Quest Ventures in July 2023. STEFFAN is also certified as a ReVo2lution Running Master Trainer from Revo2lution Running since January 2018. Steffan holds several certifications from Spartan Race, Inc., including SpartanSGX Master Trainer since January 2017, Spartan International Race Director since October 2016, Spartan Obstacle Specialist since February 2016, Spartan Endurance Krypteia since January 2016, and SpartanSGX Level 1 since January 2016. Furthermore, they are a Crossfit Trainer Level 1 certified by CrossFit, Inc. since December 2014.
