Veron Huang began their work experience in 2005 as a Business Development & Brand Manager at Strategy Pro International, where they were responsible for branding, marketing communications, media relations, customer service, and retail management. Veron successfully launched and managed the Lego Wear brand in Singapore, including the first flagship store in the Asia-Pacific region.
In 2007, Veron joined SPRING Singapore as a Senior Manager in Entrepreneurship Promotion. Veron held this position until 2011, overseeing initiatives aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and supporting local businesses.
Veron then transitioned to Enterprise Singapore (formerly known as SPRING Singapore) in 2011, where they served as a Senior Manager in Corporate Communications. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of Head of Integrated Marketing Communications & Education, Policy & Promotion. In this position, Veron focused on building trust in Singapore products and services, developing publicity strategies and marketing plans, and promoting the use of standards as a strategic regulatory and business growth tool. Veron also worked on enhancing quality and standards-related competencies among business leaders and the workforce. Veron held this role until 2017.
From 2017 onwards, Veron Huang has been employed by Enterprise Singapore as the Head of Corporate Communications and later as the Deputy Director of Marketing Communications.
Veron Huang holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Marketing) from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Their field of study was Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. In 2015, they obtained a Certificate in Business Chinese Translation from the Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business. In April 2019, Veron also completed a certification program in Learning Integrated Content Marketing through LinkedIn. Additionally, in September 2019, they obtained an Advanced Google Analytics certification from Google.
