Wan Ting Kok has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Wan Ting started their career in 2004 as a Senior Assembly Process Engineer at Micron Technology. In this role, they were responsible for start-up and technology transfer of new products and processes, with a focus on yield improvement for wirebond and die attach processes.

In 2010, Wan Ting Kok joined SPRING Singapore as a Senior Manager in the Electronics sector. Here, they formulated and managed industry development initiatives for the sector, collaborating with associations, MNCs, and polytechnics to deliver programs benefiting SMEs. Additionally, they account managed 15 SMEs, understanding their growth plans and strategies to recommend and provide assistance in accelerating their growth.

Later on, Wan Ting Kok took on various roles at SPRING Singapore. As the Head of Precision Engineering, they oversaw the design, implementation, and review of grant incentive policies. Wan Ting also established and streamlined processes for efficient grant administration and governance. As the Head of Incentive Management, they led a team in the same objectives.

Throughout their career, Wan Ting Kok has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in process improvement, and a commitment to supporting the growth of SMEs in the industries they have worked in.

Wan Ting Kok pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Materials Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completing their education from 2000 to 2004.
