Yi Xuan Chua

Yi Xuan Chua has a diverse range of work experience. In 2020, they joined Enterprise Singapore, starting as a Management Associate and working their way up to Assistant Development Partner and eventually Development Partner in the Digitalisation & E-commerce department. In this role, they contributed to the development and advancement of digitalization initiatives.

Prior to that, in 2020, Yi Xuan Chua worked as a Business Development and Market Research Intern at Merck Group. Their responsibilities included developing a new model for assessing growth potential, coordinating real-time updates for business impact tracking, and organizing virtual meetings with stakeholders.

In 2019, Yi Xuan Chua interned at Tan Tock Seng Hospital as a Management Intern. They coordinated correspondence, analyzed data, and created publicity materials to improve collaboration and awareness of community services.

Yi Xuan Chua also gained experience in communications and operations as an intern at Cycling Without Age Singapore in 2019.

In 2018, they served as a Singapore Youth Delegate for the Singapore China Friendship Association.

Their earliest work experience dates back to 2015 when they interned as a Youth For Autism (YFA) Teaching Assistant at the Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) / Pathlight School.

Yi Xuan Chua completed their Bachelor of Science (Hons.) Degree in Life Science with a minor in Public Health at the National University of Singapore from 2016 to 2020. In 2018, they participated in the Overseas Summer Exchange Program at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, focusing on Life Sciences. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2015, Yi Xuan Chua attended Hwa Chong Institution where they completed their A levels in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Economics.

In terms of additional certifications, Yi Xuan Chua obtained a Professional Certificate in Digital Project Management from the National University of Singapore in September 2020. They also obtained certifications in Digital Project Implementation, People and Organization Management in Digital Projects, and Digital Project Plans Development from the same institution in September 2022 and August 2022 respectively.
